License agreement

This agreement explains the license boundary for reading, citing or using material on SecretBridge.cn. Rights in original site code, design, images, video and copy belong to Shulian Chuangyuan (Tianjin) Information Technology Co., Ltd. or their respective holders. Visiting the site transfers no rights.

You may browse to understand, evaluate and use SecretBridge, keep reasonable personal reference copies, and quote public text with attribution within lawful limits. Reproducing whole pages, republishing designs or media, operating a mirror, or using them in commercial promotion or integration requires written permission from the relevant rights holder.

The website repository is not published as an open-source project. Its private source, design files and delivery package do not automatically inherit the product software's AGPL license.

The SecretBridge software product is separately available under AGPL-3.0-or-later. Its versioned license text and third-party notices govern running, studying, modifying, copying and redistributing that code. Website wording does not reduce rights granted by the open-source license.

The product's first-run end-user and Beta-risk notice explains use and prerelease risks. It does not replace AGPL or add a condition to the source-code license. Closed-source distribution or arrangements outside AGPL require a separate written commercial agreement from an authorized rightsholder.

Use of the SecretBridge name, logo and brand assets remains subject to their respective rights. GitHub, Codex and other product names or icons belong to their owners; mention here does not imply partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party dependencies and media retain their own licenses and notices.

For website-material permission or commercial product licensing, email the public contact with the content, purpose and distribution scope. An inquiry, discussion or quotation is not itself a license; specific rights require a signed written agreement. This page may be updated with the website; a separate completed agreement does not change automatically with it.
